Arrival and Departure Policy
Check-in Time: 09:00 Hours
Early check-in is subject to room availability. For guaranteed early check-in, booking must be made from the previous night.
Check-out Time: 12:00 Hours
Late check-out is available upon request and subject to room availability.
As per Government regulations, guests are required to present a valid proof of identity at the time of check-in. Kindly carry the necessary identification documents during travel.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
The booking amount is refundable if cancellation is informed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date.
For cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, refund requests may be considered subject to management approval.
Guests may also opt for date modification/rescheduling, subject to room availability.
In cases of medical emergencies, road blockages, adverse weather conditions, flight cancellations, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergency situations, eligible refunds or date modifications may be provided on a case-to-case basis.
In the event of a no-show without prior information, the booking amount shall be non-refundable.
Refund Process: Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
Child Policy
Children below 4 years of age stay complimentary without an extra bed.
Children aged 5 years and above shall be charged additionally per night.
